Unopened bars can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Email care@tulsisoap.com with your order number to initiate.
For hygiene reasons, opened or used soap bars cannot be returned. If you receive a damaged item, we'll replace it free of charge.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
